Thank You, Holy Spirit, for reminding me of where my FOCUS should be concerning who my prayers are for.
Satan wants me to get so caught up in the PROBLEM that I lose sight of the fact that my Lord is in CONTROL and loves them even more than I ever could. (Thank You for Your gift of PEACE. I was actually beginning to feel sick until I read a note I made myself that reminded me of the “Sacrifice of Praise.” It is a sacrifice to PRAISE You in the midst of trials, but when I did—-as soon as I did—-I felt PEACE come over me. I began to remember things You have told me like, “The Battle is the Lord’s,” You are in CONTROL,” and “Thank Me for what I am doing in their lives.” (PRAISE replaces WORRY with PEACE. WORRY BLOCKS PEACE because it shows I’m not SURRENDERING the problem to You. It means I don’t TRUST You to handle it. And, I can’t receive the guidance and comfort from Your Holy Spirit in this state of heart and mind. When I decide to let go and trust You, I am releasing Your Miracle Power into the situation.
