Not My Will, but Your Will be done. ” What would I be if Jesus had not done that? “SURRENDER is giving up your Will. Surrender is doing what God wants you to do instead of what you think you need to do to be happy or to be able to bare daily life. “What do you need to Surrender? Ask the Lord to help you to let go of what You’re holding onto. What is it that you’re not willing to stop doing? Talk to the Lord…whatever is in my life that is not pleasing to You, Lord, please take it out. I SURRENDER! “There is Joy and Freedom in a life of Surrender.
Give yourself to God your Father with no strings attached. God wants you completely. What is keeping you from singing with Joy? You cannot be Joyful when you’ve put something between you and God. To be in celebration in your heart is to be free, open, and empty of something you’re holding onto. “God wants to be the fullness of your daily life, your Joy, and your Peace. When you’re fully Surrendered, you’re free to follow the Holy Spirit in whatever the Father has planned. Holding onto what YOU WANT keeps you from Joy and receiving the Power to carry out His Will, His Plan.
“You will have to Surrender at times all throughout your life as circumstances, habits, and desires change. Can you honestly say, “I am fully Surrendered?”
Can you honestly say, “Whatever You want, I want? ” Give your whole self to Him. As you take your last breath, only your relationship with your Heavenly Father will matter. “
