When you carry them, I cannot help you. Give all of your heavy thoughts, uncertain pathways, people who need My help, situations that look to be in peril, etc. Give Me every concern you may have. I am your Savior and this not only secures your future with Me in Heaven, but it gives you privilege here and now for help throughout every minute of your life.
