There is no punishment for the penitent heart. My MERCY is extended to ALL who will come to Me with a sorrowful heart and a desire to do better. Just realize that you cannot do better ALONE. Only with the power endued you from the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you can patterns of behavior be changed. Man is incapable of real change, lasting change, on his own. Therefore, stop mentally punishing yourselves. Realize that I am your SOURCE of change. Establish a close relationship daily with Me. Then be with Me during the day here and there seeking My wisdom, guidance, and teaching. Only in this way, can you experience significant behavior change in your life and this is accomplished through the loving power of the Holy Spirit.
