1. “He convicts us of sin. Our thought or action begins to bother us.
2. He seals us for Salvation. You’re owned and protected by God. No one can break a Divine Seal. Ephesians 1:4-8
3. He endues us, provides us with special ability, with far greater sharpness. Romans 8:11
4. He is an encouraging teacher to us. John 14:26
5. He guides us in all decisions, if we ask and believe Him. John 16:13
6. He produces fruit in us. Galatians 5:22-23 When you can’t love somebody, ask the Holy Spirit to love them through you.
7. He reminds us of the Truth. John 14:26 The Apostles walked with Jesus for 3 years, now He’s gone to Heaven with His Father. The Apostles had no notes, no Bible. All they had was what they remembered, all that they saw. This is why Jesus said for them to sit still in the upper room until they were endued with the Holy Spirit, who would bring to their remembrance all that they were to convey to the world.
8. He equips us with spiritual gifts for the purpose of continuing to draw others to Jesus.
9. He empowers us with energy, strength, and power to do whatever the Lord wants to do. Acts 1:8
10. He fills us with His wisdom. The Holy Spirit speaks to our hearts when we ask for help and then listen for His gentle reply. Ephesians 5:18
11. He will be with you, in you, forever. John 14:16-18
