Dear Jesus, I am counting on Your promise in John 18:19
“I (Jesus) consecrate Myself to meet you eed for GROWTH and HOLINESS. ”
Dear Lord, thank You that I can count on You to teach me this in spite of me. I realize that the Holy Spirit has spoken to my heart at times when I didn’t listen. I had my own Will talking so loud that the Holy Spirit was denied or ignored. I am sorry, precious Holy Spirit. I realize that I must also do my part if I want to grow and my job is to OBEY Your Voice in my heart.
That is it, dear Child. I do consecrate Myself to this promise, but remember, I have given you a freewill. I will never force anyone to follow My teaching or even the pathway that would lead you to a blessing. I will call you, beacon you lovingly and directly, but you decide your course of action. You also must consecrate yourself to believe in and follow My Holy Spirit, when He lovingly directs you to GROWTH in HOLINESS, if this is truly what you want.
