Dear Child, do not feel guilty when you take time to rest after seven or eight hours on the go. You are too hard on yourself. It is good to have discipline and goals, but you must feel free to stop everything when you need to and rest. I know you and you expect too much from yourself. Take time to relax. This requires good judgement and discipline just like work does. I am your strength and I will provide the time to get everything done you need to do.
