(Lord Jesus, it is the desire of my heart to do Your Will, but I fall short too often when it comes to others. This happens when I go out to run errands. I have a list of places to go. I have asked You in prayer time and again in the car to take over my day and direct my steps according to Your Plan. All is well, except at the end of the day too often I have flashbacks of those times when a person was brought to my attention and I did nothing or I was impatient with someone. I so want to be a good representative for you, but I still make mistakes at some point. I know the Holy Spirit is shining a light on these incidents and that’s a good thing. Help me see people and truly care about them more than myself. T.Y.J.)
Dear Child, holy is My Child who sees their failings and selfishness and desires to change to become more loving and kind. You are being taught everyday to be a better person because you seek Me, spend time with Me, and desire to obey Me. I will not stop teaching you and purifying your heart. Loving others more than yourself is a God given quality that I am giving you more and more each day. That is why it bothers you so much when you say or do the slightest thing out of My character.
You are daily being changed into My Image and your human sinful nature tries to fight this. BUT, it has NO chance of success! Go in Peace, dear Child. (T.Y.J.)
