Your strength and your power comes from Me and you have this all the time. However, sometimes you need prayer and fasting to become more deeply one with Me to accept and expect the promises I have made to you. Sometimes this is needed for you to really take charge of your faith, activating the Holy Spirit’s power in you to resist Satan in your life or to help someone else become free of his hold on them. The point is that you have the power to rid yourself and others of Satan’s hold physically, mentally, or spiritually. Spend more time on worship and fast as the Holy Spirit leads to operate in the realm of Grace that I intended for you and those around you.
