It is God the Holy Spirit interceding for you to God the Father and God the Son. He knows your heart, your love for God, your needs and pain, your confusion and difficulties, your stress and worrisome life situations. He speaks on YOUR BEHALF from YOUR HEART in powerful intercession to the Throne. In your mind, you may be lifting someone up in prayer, worshiping and praising Almighty God, or just basking in the fullness of His Love for you and your love for Him.
Rom 8: 26-27 “The Holy Spirit helps in our weaknesses. For when we do not know what we should pray, (or just want to WORSHIP Almighty God and feel that our words do not express the magnitude of what we feel for Him,) the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father, who knows all hearts, knows what the mind of the Spirit is. The Holy Spirit makes intercession (the act of pleading, mediating, or intervening on behalf of another person) for the saints according to the Will of God.”
