(Lord, could I be feeling a little distant from You because I have not been spending enough time in prayer and worship with the Holy Spirit?) You said it! You cannot fill up on the enthusiasm and power of My Presence and Grace without investing time alone with Me. Remember, our relationship is just like anyone elses in that time must be invested to keep it nourished. I can only give to you when you give to Me. This is why you are feeling somewhat empty at times, restless, and like you should be doing something. In your spirit, I am CALLING you to be with Me. You are allowing too many distractions in while spending too little time with Me. Now, you know what you need to do.
