(Lord God, I see that I have so much to learn about truly significant trust in Your all encompassing guidance and Your Will for me. When something becomes a worry, it’s so hard to get it out of my mind. Even when I surrender it to You, when I say to You that I’m letting go, some worries just won’t go away. They keep playing over in my mind trying to figure out the best way. Most of the time this torment takes place at night in a partial state of sleep, a restless state of sleep. Even though I begin over and over praying some psalms I know, they get drowned out by this torment of scenarios to how best solve the situation–all against my Will–I thought. How do I stop that torment? I want to. Thank You, Jesus.)
Dear Child, what did My son, Jesus, do in the garden when He worried about whether He could go through with what His Father asked of Him? What did He do when Satan tormented Him with the details of what He was facing and with the reason for why He was going through this
—OTHER PEOPLES hatefulness and sinfulness?
Why should He pay the price, Satan reproached? What did Jesus do? HE LOOKED UP TO GOD HIS FATHER and GAVE HIS VERY LIFE, HIS VERY WILL, HIS SITUATION and its OUTCOME BACK to the FATHER to do as HE WILLED! This is what you must do to regain MY PEACE in ALL SITUATIONS. You must FULLY RELINQUISH the worry with all its facets to the ONE WHO SEES ALL, WHO KNOWS ALL, REMEDIES ALL, and LOVES ALL OF YOU.
Your PEACE of MIND is your priceless reward
